How do I register my project?

1. Surf to coolestprojects.be and click on the registration button on our website to open the registration page.
2. After reading our rules you can start the registration.
   
3. If you are under the age of 16, you will need a guardian’s permission to participate. You enter the address of the guardian when registering.
4. On the next page fill out all the information. At the bottom of the page, you can fill out your project information. No worries if your project isn’t final yet, you can change this later.
5. After you submit the form, you will receive an activation mail. Make sure you click on this link within 2 days, to confirm your registration.
6. Woohoo you are now registered. You will receive a welcome mail as a confirmation. Please save this mail, as it includes the link to login to your page.

How do I register as a co-worker to a project?

1.  Ask the owner of the project to invite you to the project. The owner will need to generate a token for you.
2. After that, you can receive the token in 2 ways: A. You received an invite mail with a link, click on it to start the registration process. Fill out all the information. B. In case you received the token by any other means. Go to coolestproject.be and click on the button to start your registration. Fill out your information. In the section of the project, click on the option ‘I’m joining a project’. You can now paste your (long) token key here
3. After you submit the form, you will receive an activation mail. Please click on the link in this mail within 2 days, to activate your registration.
4. Wooohooo you are now registered. As a confirmation you will receive a welcome mail. Please save this mail, as it includes the link to login

How can I, as a project owner, invite a co-worker to my project?

IMPORTANT! If you want to invite multiple co-workers, you will need to take the following steps for each co-worker.

1. Click on the login link in your mail. If you lost the link, see question below.
2. Your registration page opens. Click on the button on top to open your project page.
3. You can find the button to add a co-worker at the bottom of the page. When you click it, a (very long) token is generated. This token needs to be passed on to your co-worker. You can do this by:
   • Copying the token and use all communication channels or even a pigeon to send it to your co-worker
   • Or you can click on the mail button. Depending on the settings of your device, an automatically mail opens in your mail program. The only thing you need to do is fill out the mailaddress of your co-worker.
4. Ask your co-worker to fill out the registration and activate the registration.
5. After the registration is activated you can see your co-workers on your project page.

How to register a project as a group?

1. Discuss who will be the project owner in your group (max. 4 members). Only this person can change the project information.
2. The project owner needs to register first (see process above). Make sure you don’t forget to activate your registration.
3. Next up, the project owner then needs to open the project page, and invite the other co-workers (see process above)
4. The co-workers open the link they received from the project owner OR use the token to register themselves. After they activated their registration, they will automatically be added to the project.

Help , I lost the login link!

1. Surf to app.coolestprojects.be and click on ‘login’.
2. Fill out your mailaddress, and you will receive a unique link to login again.

How can I change my project name and description?

1. Be aware that only the project owner can change this information.
2. Click on the login link in your mail. If you lost the link, see process above.
3. Your registration page opens. Click on the button on top to open your project page.
4. You can now change your project information.
5. Click on the button below to save your changes.

How can I change my personal information (Address/T-shirt size/…)?

1. Click on the login link in your mail. If you lost the link, see process above.
2. Your registration page will open and you can change your information.
3. Click on the button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

As a project owner, how can I remove a co-worker?

A project owner, can’t remove a co-worker. The co-worker needs to do this.

As a co-worker, how do I remove myself from a project?

1. Click on the login link in your mail. If you lost the link, read the process to request a new link.
2. Your registration page opens. Click on the button on top to open the project page.
3. The button to delete your participation as a co-worker on a project, can be found on the bottom of the page.
4. You can now start your own project by clicking this button or join another project by pasting the token you recieved.

Unfortunately I can’t join the event anymore. How do I cancel my registration as a project owner?

2. Your registration page opens. Click on the button on top to open the project page.
3. At the bottom of the page you can see the button to delete your participation at this project.
4. You can now start your own project or join another project by the token.

Problems while registering with a YAHOO mail address

The confirmation link, that you receive in your mail; after registration, might cause some issues when you’re using Yahoo. If you would experience problems with this, please contact us via: info@coolestprojects.be

How can I upload my pictures?

2. Your registration page opens. Click on the button on top to open the project page.
3. At the bottom of the page you can see the button to upload.
4. On the next page you can add a title and use the Browse button to search for the video on your computer.
5. When finished, you will find the pictures in the list on the project page.
